Ministry of Interior And Sidqo Group of Companies Sign Wildlife Protected Area Agreement

Khartoum-An agreement to establish a Wildlife Protected Area was signed on Thursday between Sidqo Group

of Companies and the Ministry of Interior (Wildlife Protected Area Directorate).
The director of Sidqo Group of Companies Sideeg Mohamed Abdalla Wada’a has appreciated the government support to private sectors to invest in such business “The aim of the my new business project is to contribute to promote tourism in Sudan and to discover a new business that never been run before” said Wada’a.
The protected project comprised of 131 acres, its 25 Km from Souk Libya west Omdurman, the objective is to provide tourism services to local communities and foreigners; also it brings scare types of animals and birds.
while the director of  Wildlife Protected Areas Police Brigade Jamal Al Bala has described the agreement as a real step toward effective business to increase national revenue, he vowed to exert effort to enter the international Organization of Wildlife Protected Areas to enhance international trade.
“we ready to provide technical support” added Bala, the event was  presented by wildlife experts, representatives of Ministries of Tourism, Animal Resources and representatives of media institutions.
