Al Bashir Calls on Holdouts and Armed Movements to Join Peace Process

Khartoum – President of the Republic, Field marshal Omer Al Bashir has called on the holdouts and armed groups to join the peace process

and to engage in the peaceful political action through dialogue, affirming that Sudan needs the support of its entire people to achieve peace and stability.
He added, while addressing the graduation ceremony of 28th civil defence batch and 16th high military batch at the High Military Academy yesterday. He said that the broad participation of Sudanese political and societies in the national dialogue and their signing the national dialogue is evidence of their unification and heading towards comprehensive national concordance.
Al Bashir affirmed that the Sudanese Armed Forces will continue its training courses for more qualifications and improvement of defence approaches.
He pointed out that the recent maneuvers of the army in River Nile State represented a starting point for new stage in improving the army’s fighting system.
Al Bashir pointed out to the conflicts overwhelming the regional and the international arenas a matter that requires considering the strategic interests, affirming the government readiness to overpower all enemies and hostile parties’ threats.
