Khartoum Airports Holding Company Rejects Settelment Offer with Aero Club

Khartoum- Sudan Ports Holding Company has turned down proposal by Aero Club of settlement of a dispute between the holding company and Aero Club over the automated operation system of Sudan airports.
Sudan  Airports Holding Company has eralier issued a decision to the effect of abolishing the special  mandate of Aero Club Company for managing the project of automated departure system at Sudan airports and settlement of the financial conditions ad the entitelemnts of the company after the issuance of canelling decision by Sudan Airways Company (Sudanair).
Lieutenet General Directive Navigater Ismail Breima said in a letter to the advocate of Aero Club Company Mohamed Al Hassan Al Amin “that in the context of negotiations between us on rejejtion of dispute settlement in the contract of automated operation of departure system at Sudan Airports referring to the proposal presented from your part on this issue for settling the dispute through mutual consent and due to the new partnership between Sudan
Airports Holding Company Sudan Airways and the agreement on distributing percentages between the partners the proposal is not accepted
