Saudi Fund for Development to Contribute in Development Projects in Sudan

Khartoum - The Saudi Fund for Development, exports program has affirmed keenness of the fund on continuation of its contribution in all development projects in Sudan
Fund representative Abdulmuhsin  Abdulrahman Al Khayal said cooperation between the fund and Sudan has started in the year 2004 in Merowe Dam and it continued in the project of improvement and rehabilitation of electricity distribution networks along with  the project of electricity generation plants.
He added during the meeting of the Saudi Fund for Development Exports Program with the officials of the Ministry of Water Resources, Irrigation and Electricity at premises of the Sudanese company for distributing electricity that they pride themselves with their contribution in developmental projects in Sudan.
For his part the deputy General Manager of the Dams Implementation Unit, The manager of the public administration of projects, engineer Musaab Mukhtar has lauded the big assistance extended by the Saudi Fund for Development (Programme of Saudi Exports) calling for more integration between the two sister countries in the spheres of electricity and developmental upheaval.
