Military Attache at U.S. Embassy Visits Northern State

Khartoum-The military attache at the U.S. embassy in Khartoum John Bong has affirmed that his visit to the Northern State on Tuesday aimed at getting acquainted with the efforts and plans of the state in the field of combating the human trafficking phenomenon besides the situations in the state.
The US military attaché expressed during his meeting with the Governor of the Northern State, Engineer Ali Awad Mohamed, thanks and appreciation to the government of the state and its various organs for the good reception accorded to him and cooperation to make the visit a success.
Bongs commended the security and stability prevailing in the state and its strong social fabric.
The Governor of the Northern State, on his part, reiterated continuation of the efforts of his government for combating the human trafficking phenomenon and securing the borders of the state.
The Governor lauded the cooperation and coordination among the various institutions of the state for curbing the phenomenon.
